Last night our little bunch participated in the Parade in Warren, which starts off the Marshall county Fair. The horse entries were at the end, so we did have to wait awhile. Long enough for the kids to eat most of the candy that they were supposed to throw. I know Chase ate at least 25 pieces of neon green laffy taffy .

It started to rain just as we were supposed to start moving, but we bravely persevered. We were right behind the Sheriff’s Posse, so Gayle and Peyton could ride together, which was a happy thing for Sheriff And Sisco. Sisco enjoyed stopping to visit with some of the children along the way. We were treated to a spectacular rainbow as the parade came to an end!

After the Parade, we met up with Greats G and G. For the price of a hug, Chase was awarded a bag of caramels (uug! More Candy!) and promised to share with Chance, who was snoozing on Kari’s shoulder. But he quickly shoved all the caramels into his jeans pocket before Chance was able to see them. Chase also stood still for a few pictures, and to model his Northern Reins T Shirt!

If I had a horse, I would bring it to the stable just to see those little boys in their cowboy boots! How cute! They are all great collages, but I love the one of the boys and Grandpa! Thanks for sharing!
